They sufferd the same kind of loss, and yet Gemma is the one in mourning, I don't understand the development of the events.Startswithanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10114140474653774171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-274024453637501598.post-65120572000679481072009-04-13T08:00:00.000+03:002009-04-13T08:00:00.000+03:00I think these books are absolutley amazing. An threatening scariness is woven perfectly in and hidden by the sweet demenour of the relams that leaves me with nightmares. I love how in the end the girls get their freedom, and how the issue of sexism was perfectly protrayed in the desperation of these girls who are forced into their lives like they are forced into too tight corsets. The ending was sad, but i think necessary. Could gemma and katrik ever have found peace, and if so don't you think without the tension their relationship would be boring. I could'nt see Gemma making tea while katrik read the paper. I agree they might have been long, and some parts become boring and you overlook them. All together though, these books are some of the best.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-274024453637501598.post-65900105929161986642008-05-19T21:06:00.000+03:002008-05-19T21:06:00.000+03:00I'm scare to read this one!!! And it was the funniest. It was spectacular.

I can't believe you said that...wow. I loved the fact that it was long, that meant it lasted longer. It was like reading a Harry Potter book (no, I'm not comparing The Sweet Far Thing to Harry Potter, I'm just saying I enjoy the length of both).

Sorry for the ranting, it's just not everyday you find someone relieved when a book that good is over.

*Heather
once again, sorry about the ranting.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02497679785740267816noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-274024453637501598.post-70882022009074410902008-05-04T02:31:00.000+03:002008-05-04T02:31:00.000+03:00Despite the length, this book was actually my favo...Despite the length, this book was actually my favourite of the three.RR2https://www.blogger.com/profile/01259766809534519453noreply@blogger.com
